My over 25 years of experience teaching in public and Waldorf settings has enriched my life in numerous ways. I had my own preschool/daycare for 5 years in a nature based program with a Waldorf inspired rhythm and curriculum, I always learn so much from my students. Encouraging reverence for the world of nature, inspiring children to help each other, and learning basic skills which include baking (bread), watercolor, nature crafts, and more tend to bring out the best in us all! I am now teaching at the Richmond Waldorf School, sixth grade, so I am only available on weekends or during the summer. I also teach handwork skills at the school such as knitting, crocheting, weaving, dollmaking, sewing and more. Available for weekend care for seniors, children and pets.
