Hello! My name is Cassidy and I have a passion for helping and caring for others. I don't have extensive care experience with seniors, yet I am very very interested in providing companionship, transportation, cooking/meal preparation, light cleaning / organizing, prompting medication schedule, stand and assist, and maintaining exercise / activity throughout the day. You can read more in my bio but I am a professional dancer. I am currently studying a form of movement that demands deep listening to and awareness of the scope of physical sensations. I am as well learning how this could apply to Parkinson's specifically and imagine myself teaching and working with seniors using movement therapy in the future.
