Caroline is the best babysitter! My kids don't need babysitting any longer, but we still hire Caroline to come over and take the kids out. I groomed Caroline from 7th grade to be our go to sitter. We have 4 kids within a five years and she can handle all the different personalities and sibling rivalries. She is very responsible and understands what is appropriate for the different aged kids. My kids never sat and watched TV unless it was late at night. She always had fun and exciting ideas for them to do. I am very laid back and let Caroline take my kids anywhere. We took her skiing with us one year because I was just recovering from surgery and needed an assistant. I would feel like a huge success if my kids could turn out to be like Caroline. She can talk to adults and children and is very fun and respectful. ????
