Carine has a genuine love for animals. She cared for our sweet pup from the 29th Dec - Jan 1st. She is very professional and took all the steps necessary to make us feel comfortable as it was our first time "boarding" him. We didn't want to use a typical boarding place as we were afraid he would get the attention he needed. Initially Carine met with us at my house to introduce herself to us and meet our pup. I was then given an intake form to fill out for Ritz. The drop off and pick off was smooth. Carine sent us daily pics and updates on Ritz. We're really glad we chose Carine, her care and love for animals is impressive.
