My brother has an intellectual disability and I have always enjoyed advocating and being involved in different aspects of his life. I am very caring and reliable. I have known Caitlyn for many years. She has been a volunteer for Special Olympics where she was a buddy to my daughter. My daughter has Aspergers Syndrome and Caitlyn has gone out of her way to make my daughter feel special on numerous occasions. I never had any qualms about leaving my daughter in Caitlyn's care. She would be a wonderful addition to any family that would hire her. She is caring, compassionate and an extremely hard worker. She also likes to have fun with kids and always goes out if her way to make others laugh.
