About Caitlin

Prior to becoming a nanny I was a behavioral specialist. I have a background in early childhood education. I have over 10 years experience in different areas of child care. I have had the pleasure of caring for newborns through young adults. Additionally I have experience with twins, multiples, special needs in all areas. Furthermore I'm CPR, AED, First Aid, Med and driver certified as well as a few more. I'm also trained in ABA therapy and Positive Reinforcement. Some of my duties as a nanny have been but not limited to the following. Morning routine. Meal preparation. Driving; school, activities, play dates, appointments and etc. Homework help; if need. Teaching; I like to incorporate teaching into my daily routine either directly or in form of play/craft. I value teaching important milestones that correspond with the child(rens) need and level. Playdates. Laundry. Errands. Grocery shopping. Cleaning. Organizing.

My wife and I hired Caitlin to be a nanny for our preschool daughter about a year ago. Caitlin has always been very dependable and always on time. Our schedules are very hectic and Caitlin was consistently accommodating and flexible. She routinely helped out around the house with chores without even being asked to. She is very artistic and musical which our daughter loves. She was always safe with our daughter and we trust her unconditionally. We are so glad that we hired her because she has become a part of our extended family. She is a truly incredible child care provider.
