About Brie

I have several years of tutoring experience, working with students of all grade levels. My most recent students were in AP Calculus, Algebra II, and Pre-Algebra. Together my students and I would work on homework and projects with them taking the lead. Along the way I like to ask the student questions to both understand their thought process and guarantee they understand the information. Due to the pandemic, I have mostly been working with my students virtually via zoom. I typically use a program called OneNote on my tablet to go through each problem. This allows them to see each step and ask questions. After a session, I share the write out page with my students along with any notes/comments I have from the session. My students have found this helpful to review prior to exams. My goal with tutoring is to ensure a student is fluently able to understand and explain each topic while having fun with the information. Math is fun and I would love to "add" to your student's learning.
