From 8/16-10/17 I was a live-in care provider for an elder woman. I was responsible for medication at morning and evening, keeping the house clean, preparing meals, and keeping my patient company. My patient had Dementia, so medication in a timely manner was a must. On bad days for her, we would go out for lunch or ice cream. I would occasionally grocery shop for her if her niece was busy. This was the best time of my life! Hearing all of her stories, seeing all of these wonderful pictures! Eventually, her Dementia got so bad she had to go to assisted living, but I still visited once a week!
