Over the past 18 years I have focused on Senior Physical Fitness and Senior Brain Fitness activities for my clients. After living and working in Maryland for 43yrs, I relocated to the Antelope Valley area to be closer to family. I have traveled all over the world, it is a joy to live in such a diverse community of people and I look forward to learning new things about my surroundings. I have no words we LOVE Brenda. Sounds silly but we viewed million care profiles, interviewed a few, even hired 2 before... and I just knew in my gut Brenda was going to be great and she is. Her experience and warmth makes her a great care giver. She calms my mind out of state caring for my father as well as works with my sister who lives in home as well, she makes sure the family is okay. Thank you Brenda
