I have been in the IT profession for 25 years. I've managed large teams of people in multiple countries. In parallel, I have raised my own two sons. And, I used to teach middle youth at my church and attend annual youth camps with them. I also volunteered at nursing and rehabilitation homes where I cared for the elderly. I have read to them, gardened with them, had craft hour with them, prayed with them. I also care for my mentally ill uncle who is a paranoid schizophrenic. Out of all my jobs including the large regional director jobs, I have found that the most rewarding to me is working with people.... the elderly, the young and the mentally ill or those with handicaps. I am looking for rewarding work that will meet my minimum salary requirements and allow me to spend time with the people that I love and enjoy being around.
