Provide basic patient care Responsible for helping client with a number of basic hygiene tasks includes feeding, bathing, dressing and toileting Monitor and document all vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure and pulse. Performed basic household tasks, Meal preparation and transportation Communicated any kind of concern to family and assists with care planning. Keep utility and linen areas clean and wash patient dirty linens daily Provide daily ABA tasks. Help family with behavior therapy and assist them on how to implement each tasks.
