From a young age, I've always loved working with children partly because I have a younger brother. I started babysitting on a regular basis when I was 15 years old. At age 16, I got a job at a local elementary school working with kids in their aftercare and summer program. These children range from the ages of kindergarten to 6th grade. This job has given me an immense amount of experience working with children of all ages as well as those with behavioral issues. Currently, I also babysit two girls once a week, ages 15 months and 3 years. (I began to care for them when the youngest was 7 months). Over the past couple of years, I have babysat children that range from 1-8 years of age on a regular basis. I have been actively involved in tutoring children at my old elementary school for the past three years. I have a love for learning and a passion to help those in need. I have taken five years of Spanish and completed a month long stay in Spain. I have a particular interest in helping children where English is their second language. Last year, I tutored two children who were learning English as their second language in a second grade classroom, helping them improve their reading and writing skills. I am also infant/adult CPR and first aid certified! I truly love working with children and being a part of these special and fun years of their lives. :)
This fall, I will be attending the University of Washington and have been granted early acceptance into the Foster School of Business.

Bonnie has watched our son twice and I would trust her again and again! Our son loved her and I always felt safe leaving him with her. She is so sweet and would hire her again! Thanks Bonnie!
