My name is Bianca. I am struggling right now and needing to make extra cash to pay for rent. I have experience with taking care of my 1-year-old baby sister this past year. I affectionately cared for and have experience with special needs. In the past, I had cared for twins, one which had high functioning autism. I modeled appropriate social behaviors and encouraged concern for each other because one would annoy the other one and argue and not being fair or taking turns to playing a game or on the computer. I engaged the twins with games and puzzles. I sparked creativity and imagination by helping them discover new things each day. I promoted good behavior by using the positive reinforcement method.
