I am a mother of three children and I am responsible for most of the household duties. I consider myself good at cooking healthy meals, cleaning, very active, running errands, being an animal lover, and last but not least a caring and compassionate person. I possess knowledge of a personal trainer with a great understanding of health and nutrition. I can help in all areas that are required. I have my own transportation and flexible hours.
