I am an active Retiree, married, energetic and in good health. I love to travel, laugh and have many interests, speak English and German. I spent 10 plus years in medical management in private practice and worked 5 years as station secretary in a hospital setting. From 2010 to 2015 I had my mother with Dementia and Alzheimer's in my home, I was her full time caregiver. June 2017 I applied through Care.com for one part time and one full time Senior Care job. One job ended last year and the other June, 2019. I have a level one fingerprint clearance card issued on May 23, 2017. My BLS Provider is current to July 2021. I am available starting April 1. I have 10+ years experience in Senior Care, Dementia, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's . Small pets OK. My schooling was in Germany where I also went to a Nursing Assistant course.

I am a family practice physician and Barbara has taken great care of my patients over the years. Her most recent patient was my father who was declining rapidly with end stage dementia. She was able to start within a couple of days of my request and was most helpful and supportive to my dad and my in the final days of his life. In fact, she was at his bedside with my mom and niece when he died. She was also helpful after his death helping my mom move through a very difficult time.
