About Ava

As a caregiver with 10 years of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and heart to nurturing children's growth. My journey began with my three younger siblings (5, 9, & 11), supporting my mom not only with my siblings, but in her daycare business as well. This experience instilled in me the significance of quality childcare and inspired me to continue working with families and children while I pursue my education at Mankato State University. In addition to my experience with children, I have an adoration for dogs and cats! My family has 3 dogs and 8 cats, whom I enjoy caring for with all my heart! My patient and calm personality, creativity and friendly nature, allows me to connect with children on a personal level. I believe in open communication, in whatever ways most beneficial for parents. When it comes to household rules, I am comfortable enforcing them fairly and consistently. I approach my interaction with children based on their age level and interests!
