Miss Autumn arrived early. She was especially nice and my girls bonded with her immediately. Unfortunately, one of my children had a behavior issue. Miss Autumn calmly informed me about the problem and we dealt with it not only civilly, but with kindness and grace. I would certainly hire her again.
