I'm a very outgoing caring person I have 3+ years experience with caring for a elderly lady shopping, cooking cleaning helping with grooming and dr apts. I have 1.5 yrs experience working in a group home with developmentally disabled people who I assist with grooming, showering packing lunches transporting to events and I help them be as independent as possible. This is very important to me taking the extra time to help them be as independent as they can teaching them life skills and how stay on track with there nutritional needs. I'm experience with behavior clients and have completed OIS training and followed behavior support plans. I'm very patient and flexible willing to learn, train and grow to fit your needs.
