I currently work for Bancroft which is a company for individuals with a wide variety of physical, mental, and behavioral disabilities. I have been in the company for 3 years and I have worked with individuals of all ages. Now I directly work with young adults to help them live as independently as possible. I have a younger brother with special needs. We are 8 years apart so I have grown up with the experience of having a special needs sibling. I have also babysat children and elementary age kids in the past. I am CPR, first aid, and medication certified.
