About Ashley

Hello my name is Ashley and I am a Cal State Long Beach graduate with my BA in Psychology. I also have my AA in Sociology from Long Beach City College along with (6) completed early child development courses. I worked at a Daycare/Preschool for 9 years as a day care teacher and preschool teacher. Some of my responsibilities were greeting parents as they entered and left the school, gave updates on their child's progress to parents, created stimulating and age appropriate weekly lesson plans, settling preschoolers for nap time, etc. I have nannied a 4-month-old for 1 year, and nannied an 8-month-old for 4 months. I am very energetic and always looking forward to having a fun time with the children. I love to read, be outdoors, do arts and crafts, play video games, play sports, go on hikes, cook, play board games, snowboard, and dance! I am CPR and First Aide trained.
