I've been working as a Mental Health Specialist(with ABA experience) for the past 3 years with adolescents with autism, behavioral, and related disorders. My experience as a Mental Health Specialist working under and with a Psychiatrist, Licensed Professional Counselors, Mental Health Professionals, Speech Language Pathologist, BABA Therapist, and School Counselors has taught me the acceptance of reality, the ability to sacrifice and set goals, emotional balance, and intellectual competence. What I bring to the position is a combination of quality patient services, team leadership, and attention to detail. I work diligently to provide excellence in all my professional endeavors and have earned a reputation for my proficiency and result-driven work ethic. I commit to providing health services to all mankind and I would continue to do so for your organization. I am very hard working and goal oriented individual. I approve acceptance of responsibility for any effort that moves me towards success as a Behavior Technician. I'm currently in graduate school to receive my masters in Speech Language Pathology. I desire to strive for and ultimately achieve excellence in everything I do. I just need the opportunity to improve and dedicate a commitment towards my future and the future of my client(s).
