We hired Ashley last minute , she was good at communicating with us and helping watch or 2 1/2 year old daughter . Our daughter doesn't like many people but took a liking to Ashley very quickly not even a whine or cry when we left! She did an awesome job and even did some dishes we didn't even ask her to do (wife absolutely loved that lol) would definitely rehire !!!!!
