Hello parents! I have a bachelors of science from UW with a minor in neuroscience and have been tutoring since 6th grade; I also currently am a registered behavior technician. I have a broad spectrum of experience as I have taught at my church, was an art docent, as well as been a tutoring My main focuses are on math, science, study skills, violin, Spanish, introductory cheer/gymnastics, and art. However, I also tutor in other subjects My style of tutoring depends entirely on the subject, student, style and time of session. Gymnastic tutoring may be focused entirely in stretching and conditioning, while violin tutoring is music reading and finger placement; this is also dependent on the desires of the parent and is subject to change over time. My goal is not to simply help with homework, but to help your child gain a better understanding of the material. I love working with children, and I strive to create a strong bond with you and your child.
