Ashleigh has been our sitter for more than 5 years - after school and on the weekends. She is wonderful with our boys - engages them, takes them places, and keeps them entertained and they love her! One of our boys has high functioning autism and when Ashleigh started, she knew nothing about autism and how to work with him, but she learned quickly and became very adept at managing his behaviors and he responds so well to her. In fact, now, she is going to school to become a special ed teacher! She's responsible, flexible and extremely trustworthy. Any family would be lucky to have her as their sitter!
