Arlene is truly incredible! She has been my childrens' nanny for the last 3 years. We are so sorry to be parting ways after our move to the suburbs. She is warm, loving, and takes care of our babies as if they were her own. She engages my 3 yr old in hours of imaginary and active play, and helped teach him letters, numbers, colors, etc. Now that he has a younger sister, Arlene has been wonderful at making sure they are both loved and nurtured. She has also been so helpful to my husband and I in navigating early childhood. From sleep issues to tantrums, and potty training, Arlene has a deep wellspring of experience that lets her find the right solution for each child. We have definitely learned how to be better parents from her! Arlene is incredibly hardworking and conscientious. She is always on time and rarely misses a day of work. She makes delicious, healthy lunches, and is great at finding ways to sneak in veggies. She is absolutely wonderful - what more can I say!
