I recently worked at a dog daycare/ boarding, basically what I did was play around with dogs in a gated pin for 3-4 hours. We had to get the dogs tired out for when the owner came to get them at the end of the day, being energetic was a big role in this job. I had to break up dog fights, clean up pee & poop, sat out water bowls when it was time for the dogs to take a break. There were a variety of breeds that I came across (Pit-bulls, Australian Shepherds, Pugs, Golden Retrievers, Rottweilers, etc.) When you step into this place all these dogs sort of become your family so if the dog gets hurt, you care for it, if the dogs are feeling lonely, you comfort them you do everything in your need to make sure these dogs feel at home, feel comfortable, and feel safe. It's also important to make sure you're safe at all times if you feel that you're in a situation where you think you cant handle it by yourself the team always stepped in and helped. I have a strong passion for animals.
