Aloha, my name is Arielle! As we all were affected by COVID-19 the traditional classroom environment transitioned to remote. I had the opportunity to foster the learning and development of two kindergartens during this transition by becoming their au pair. Throughout college I enrolled in a handful of courses towards an Elementary Education Bachelors degree and hoped to become a 1st or 3rd grade teacher. I cared for my little brother, as well as my neighbors' now 6-year-old and now 18mo up until they enrolled in kindergarten and daycare. Currently I am a full-time big sister to my 6-year-old little brother. We have a daily schedule from going to school, play at the park after school, and homework to wind down before dinner and bedtime. I am very patient, attentive, and have an energetic spirit.
