Over the past 23 years I've helped both men and women with Alzheimer's, dementia, diabetes, Parkinson's, brain cancer, and more. When caring for someone I understand the importance of friendliness, laughter, and companionship. People describe me as very hard working, reliable, and empathetic. I treat people as I would want my own parents to be treated. I help with cooking, feeding, dressing, using the bathroom, bathing, mobility assistance, light cleaning, laundry, walker/wheelchair, medicine reminders, driving to medical appointments, pet care, errands, etc. I always call to report any changes such as restlessness, a decrease in appetite, etc. I understand your loved one's need to feel comfortable in their own home and I will maintain a routine around meal times, sleep, medicine, etc. I speak English and Polish, and enjoy playing chess and tennis. I have 4 children and 6 grandchildren, so I understand how important family is. Recommendation letters readily available upon request.
