At the age of 10, I began working as a volunteer junior counselor for a day camp in Chicago with children aged 3-4 years. Once I turned 13, I was certified as a babysitter after taking a training course at Christ Hospital. After that, I spent my summers nannying for different families (Ages varying from as young as newborns to 10 years of age). Once I turned 16, I became a recreation leader (camp counselor) at previously mentioned day camp and have been doing that ever since with children aged from 6-13. The past 2 summers, I have worked as a babysitter for a family with 2 children aged 1 1/2 and 3. Last year from January to May I interned at Walt Disney World as a children's activities host, with children of ALL ages.
