I raised 4 of my own children. I am a retired teacher for children with special needs. I have 9 years professional experience with children with down syndrome, autism, mentally and physically disabled. I also taught children on the spectrum. I enjoyed working with challenged kids. I consider myself a compassionate person with lots of patience and a positive mental attitude . I am creative and did all kinds of crafts with the children. I am dependable, self-motivated and a responsible person. I love kids to have fun and learn at the same time and believe in positive reinforcement. I enjoyed working for several families with infants and small children over the last 2 years. I also have experience in elderly care.
