About Anna

My journey to senior care has been a generational one! My grandmother and mother both working in senior care for the majority of their lives. I have found a similar passion for helping and getting to know seniors in my community. For the last year, I worked with a senior movement management company. My primary role was to enter a senior's home, discuss with them the details of moving their possessions, and then pack up the items in a meticulous manner. We also worked in retirement communities, hospice, and other long-term care facilities. Often, our clients were experiencing memory loss, recent loss of a spouse, cognitive problems, or trouble with speech. In order to make sure the client was completely satisfied, it was my job as a team member to learn the best way to communicate with each individual and learn about their daily routines. Thanks to this experience, I know now more than ever that I want to spend my time caring for and enriching the life of a senior.
