I've volunteered at animal shelters for several years and have always had pets. I have a lot of experience with dogs and cats (10+ years). I also have many years of experience with rodents. I've owned, raised and bred them. I have worked with livestock and horses for a few years. I worked at a petting zoo that doubled as a stable where I gave tours on horseback and taught children to ride. And finally, I have several years of experience with exotic pets including snakes, birds, lizards, arachnids, and fish. I'm not squeamish at all. I love animals!
