I am a newer LPN (1 year) who enjoyed my work as a STNA (8 years) much more because I wasn't always rushed to the next patient. I believe my niche is in one-on-one care. I have taken care of many family in end of life situations (mostly cancer related) and like to think I made a difference in helping to keep people comfortable & feel they are important to me because every life is valuable. I am attending school currently toward my RN, so new experiences and skills are always welcome.
