We hired Courtney and we were very excited to get her started. She accepted the position. When she lost her other job we were even willing to give her more hours when she asked. We were waiting on her background and some other paperwork since this was for habilitation/respite position for my son with special needs. When I reached back out to her to let her know we were going to start training she completely ghosted me. I sent a text and called, asking if she changed her mind or if something happened. I heard nothing back. Extremely disappointed since she seemed very interested in the position and my son was excited for her to work with him.
