Andressa is an exceptional nanny. She started caring for our son when he was 3 months old and has been with our family for about 10 months. Our son lights up when he sees her in the morning and they have a beautiful bond. She has solid experience and great instincts when it comes to babies and meeting their needs. She is very organized and keeps our son on a schedule, while also being flexible with changes to the routine. She is loving, affectionate, patient and confident in her abilities. I whole-heartedly recommend Andressa to anyone who needs a nanny, particularly for young babies (although she also does great with our 4.5 year old). We feel very fortunate to have found her!
