Hi my name is Analaura. I have 30 years of experience taking care of infants, toddles and 6 pairs of twins . English is my second language, but I love to teach kids Spanish (my main language) and English. I strive to not only nurture kids, but to guide children through various development stages. For example, for infants I focus on their napping properly, eating well and stimulating them with age-appropriate activities and routines. As they grow I sing to children, teach them numbers, letters, colors, good manners, outdoors activities, discipline and be organize when they are ready, assist with potty training. These are just a few things I can help up with and I am open to communicate other options. I love dogs, but am opened to taking care of most pets as well. I still keep in contact with previous families I have been worked for and I am happy to reference them if needed. I have am excellent drive record.

Analaura has been with our family for the past 4 years - since our first daughter was 6 months old. Analaura is highly experienced, energetic, caring, and capable. She now cares for both our 1.5 year old and our 4.5 year old. In her 30 years as a nanny (she's taken care of 6 pairs of twins!) she has seen it all and handled any situation that might come up - I would have been lost without her incredible confidence, experience, steady hand, and good heart. She has a TON of energy, can keep up with kids with no problem, and manages schedules with ease. She also drives, is very easy to communicate with, and has taught my girls Spanish too.
