We went through the entire process and hired Ana. She was great with our two year old daughter. I had talked to her about the amount of TV she was letting our daughter watch as we didn't really want her to watch very much but I thought the conversation went well. Only 1 week into the job, she called out the night before and then I had to check in before the next shift where told us she couldn't work any further because there were extreme changes in temperature. We keep our house at 73 and lower it for nap time since the bedroom is upstairs. This could have been an easy fix issue through communication. Due to her calling out and last minute quitting, it put us in a very bad position and put both of our jobs on the line. While I think she could be good, I would want others to know this information and take into consideration.
