If you're looking for the most professional, dependable, energetic, and caring Nanny that will become a part of your family, look no further! Ana has been our full-time Nanny for the past 3 years and has become part of our family. Ana started with us when our 1st child was 5 months old and has continued to care for our 2nd child who just turned 2 years old. Both of our children look forward to Ana showing up every morning and she is always on time. Ana is flexible and can work with any schedule/routine you plan to have your little one follow. We chose to do "moms on call" and Ana helped us stick with this schedule for both of our children. At the end of each day Ana provided us with a daily report on what our children ate, when they used the restroom, when they napped (and how long) and other details regarding the activities they did throughout the day. Ana helped teach our kid basic motor skills, sign language and even some Spanish. She would take them on walks, set up new activities, prepare meals and meal-prep, and as they got older, she would take them to the library and to the park. She has been very interactive with the kids and worked with them on all the important developmental stages to make sure they got practice and were tracking in all the areas for each stage. If we had something come up at work or needed her to stay for an extra hour or had an event on the weekend Ana was willing to make herself available. In addition, Ana has gone on several vacations with our family and was more than willing to travel with us anytime we asked. She has also kept our children when we traveled overseas which says a lot about how much we trust her. We feel fortunate and blessed that we were able to have Ana in our lives and she will undoubtedly be the best decision you will make if you're looking for someone you can trust and help raise your child.
