After a week of back and forth dialogue we came to the conclusion that she is unreliable and does not hold true to her word. We tried to set up an interview at our house so we could hash out all the scheduling and payment details in person. But she backed out and canceled last minute saying she felt uncomfortable with meeting us without knowing our phone number. So we tried to be flexible and understanding. We set up a second meeting in a public place after speaking on the phone with her. She then canceled again because we would not answer her questions about how long we needed her help via text (we stated clearly what we needed from someone in our job post that she applied to). Our meeting was scheduled for the next morning I reassured her we could discuss it then. She then canceled for the second time and decided she did not want to meet with us at all. We are a busy family and do not have time to hire someone who demands things and disrupts our schedule if they do not get their way.
