Alyssa is a professional. She was amazing at engaging, diffusing, redirecting and encouraging both our little men, ages 1 and 5. Our kids love her and get super excited when they see her. Often when we come home, we find Alyssa on the floor, eye level with the little ones, playing and participating along. Alyssa is super responsible with feeding, bed-time routines, admitting medicine and even making some baby food. She is overall sweet, kind and super agreeable, AND she is open to travel, both local and international, which is amazing! We found Alyssa through my husband's sister, a clinical psychologist professor, who hired Alyssa full time for her two kids, so we knew she would be amazing from the start, and definitely properly vetted. We have so far been with Alyssa for almost a year, and super happy and grateful. She is truly the full package deal.
