I love caring for children with special needs. I think is a privilege to work with those who have special needs because I feel they teach me. I have a lot of experience and training working with those who have special needs. I have been a full time nanny for a boy with severe Down Syndrome and Autism. I hope I can be the perfect nanny and caregiver for your family.

Alyssa worked for my daughter, who has a disability, during the fall of her college school year. She was respectful with my daughter and the family, and worked at ways to engage and communicate with her, which can be a challenge, since my girl is a non-verbal communicator. She was prompt and pleasant to work with, and willing to learn. Her employment time was short, due to scheduling conflicts, but during that time she displayed patience and had a good attitude!
