I worked with Allison and during that time we also became good friends. Allison is a very organized, responsible and compassionate woman. She was the head coach of the swim team and worked very hard to make it one of the top USA Swim Teams in the country. She not only achieved that goal but she also developed some of the top swimmers in the country. She was very devoted to her swimmers, going above and beyond to make sure that every single swimmer reached their potential. As a co-worker, the one trait that made it so easy and enjoyable to work with Allison was her reliability. If she said she was going to do something, you could always trust that it would get done. Her compassion for others was also evident over the years by promoting the older swimmers to help the younger swimmers during practice and meets, and for the swimmers to participate in community volunteer projects I think that she would be a wonderful addition to your company.
