Allison worked in our household as a part time nanny for 18 months. She had great responsibilities with my two daughters of 12 and 15 years old. Both my husband and I work and travel, and Allison was very often left in charge of all aspects of the household, from kids activities, driving, cooking and homework support. Allison is a very smart person, she is efficient in her approach and totally trustworthy. She never missed one day of work, she is a woman of word, she is determined and knows how to earn respect, her level of education, judgment and smarts allow her to provide very strong and high level school support, even for tough honor classes in high school. I only try to surround my daughters by people who they can look up to, that can be role models for them.
