About Alisa

Hi. My name is Alisa and I have been working with children of all ages for 25 years. I am an experienced teacher, writer, and tutor of the English language. I substitute teach in several school districts. I have a love for international people and appreciate their culture. I have hosted many international college students in my home. I enjoy preparing healthy meals inspired by foreign cuisine. I own my own car and have a clean driving record. I love all kinds of animals and am an enthusiastic nature lover! I like jobs where I can interact with children, do hands-on projects, and learn, learn, learn! I am an active baby sitter/teacher and like to take hikes, sing, read, go on educational and recreational outings.
