Throughout my life I have been a volunteer and advocate for those with special needs. My aunt, who I often care for has a developmental disability which exposed me at an early age to people with special needs. Due to this exposure and my relationship with my aunt I have volunteered my time helping others with special needs ranging from minor Autism to wheelchair bound adults with brain damage. I have volunteered with bowling leagues, square dancing groups, religious classes, and individuals who need a caring individual to look after their loved ones. I thoroughly enjoy working with children, adults, and seniors who have special needs and am obtaining my education so I can work with these individuals further.
