We interviewed Alexis for a school aide/nanny position. She was polite and seemed like she would be a great fit. We set up a time for her to come and meet our kids. I received a text an hour prior to the meeting that she was cancelling. While I believe she would probably have been a great hire I'm not a fan of last minute cancellations thus the 4 stars.
