I am a social worker. When I fostered children, Alexis would babysit or assisted when needed. When she assisted she would schedule daily activities that encourage stimulation, mental and physical. She also helped with meal preparation and changing of diapers and clothes. In my opinion Alexis would be a great fit for your family. She is very accountable and trustworthy.
