Since 2002 I've served in this field. My experiences include working as an independent provider through FCBDD for a private family for 10 1/2 yrs. I've also provided care for another family through PDP that lasted 3 1/2 yrs. It has been a very fulfilling experience. I have provided companionship, guidance and direction, encouraged self advocacy, day to day living skills, as well as total care, including feeding, showering, changing, stroller walks, home entertainment and more. I am dedicated, hard working, reliable and people oriented. I have a heart of compassion and a genuine concern for all mankind. I possess outstanding communication and listening skills. Alesia is a wonderful, kind caregiver with the biggest heart! I am disappointed that our schedules did not work out, but I would have easily trusted her to care for our special little boy. I found Alesia to be patient, compassionate and loyal. I would highly recommend her as a full-time caregiver.
