Meet De'asjianna

Hello, my name is Deasjia, and I'm looking for a full or part-time job starting ASAP. I will be taking some time off from school so that I can focus on working and saving up some money. I enjoy arts and crafts, music, singing and dancing, playing instruments, and classic board games. I have plenty of experience caring for children of all ages. Growing up I've cared for my younger brothers and the children of various family members. I spent 6 months working as a mother's helper for the mother of an amazing autistic little boy and helped care for him so she could work more. Since I was 12 years old I have been volunteering in the childcare system at my church. I care for 4-week-old newborns up to 3-year-olds, and I will be more than happy to provide references. With all of the experience I've had, I feel prepared and able to take care of your children, and your child's safety will always be my first priority.

Deasjia and I have been working together in childcare for a few years now. She and I both volunteer at our church, and she has been an amazing asset to our classroom. She comes in every week and has never asked for even one day off. I can tell that she genuinely loves what she's doing and she wouldn't trade it for the world. We often call her the baby whisperer because of her ability to calm down upset children. She has amazing patience and is dedicated to keeping these kids happy. She keeps a smile on her face at all times and gives great feedback to parents when they come to pick up their child. I've seen her even walk children out to the car with their parents, which is not something we have to do. She's even gone as far as staying an hour after everyone else has left to make sure a child was taken care of while waiting to be picked up. She is determined to make sure that a child and his/her parents feel comfortable and happy to have them in our care.
