I am a 18-year-old high school graduate with some college experience(I am now 21 w/more exp.)have worked besides my mother working with kids my whole life. It went from preschools, daycares, all the way up to before and after school programs. During my last two years of high school I attended a Program where I was able to go to school to gain the hands on experience as well as curriculum coinciding with Early Childhood Development. I completed 500+ community service hours at elementary schools within my neighborhood. I gained a lot of experience working with preschool-sixth grade. I have since studied both ECD and beginners level sign language in my community college and am CPR certified. Overall my passion comes from motivation, and potential I see in every individual I come in contacts with eyes. I enjoy connecting, as well as uplifting. I like to believe everyone deserves a fair and equal chance of happiness and would love to assist you when it comes to caring for your loved ones.

Ajei served as a 2nd child care provider when we had four children in home: 4 year old, 2 year old, and 18 month old twins. She was amazing! Specifically, she disproved every stereotype I had of an 18 year old. Stereotype #1: "they are always on their phone". Not Ajei. I never saw her phone out when attending to the kids. Ever. Stereotype #2: "they are... shall we say... unmotivated". Not Ajei. She was constantly engaged with the kids. When they were put down for a nap, she would immediately transition into cleaning/prepping mode without hesitation. It was to the point we had to encourage her to sit down and eat. Stereotype #3: "they don't know how to take care of kids." Not Ajei. Her play ideas were always developmentally appropriate and fun. She has a keen eye for focusing on educational activities tailored to each child's needs. I wouldn't hesitate to call on her services. She's a gem.
